DELIVERY OPTIONS
DELIVERY TIMES Any dates and times quoted for delivery are to be treated as an estimate and The Happy Brewer shall not be liable whatsoever for failure to deliver by such date or time. Orders under 1.5kg are sent out daily by Royal Mail. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery, although items usually arrive the next working day. Orders over this weight are sent by courier. Received internet orders are subject to the shop opening hours Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am to 5pm Our stock is ordered weekly, and if any items are out of stock, these will be marked accordingly on our website. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, a member of our sales team will advise you at the earliest opportunity. Some items are ordered individually from our suppliers in Canada and will take 6 to 10 weeks for delivery. Such items are clearly marked on the site. DELIVERY AREA Our standard delivery rates are available to the UK mainland only. We can ship to the Highlands and Islands. Please call our sales team on 01234 353856 for prices and times. The following post codes are classified as Highlands and Islands: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE We do not ship overseas.
DELIVERY CHARGES All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of vat but exclusive postage and packing. Delivery is charged at £3.95 per order for all orders under 1.5kg and £7.95 per order for all orders over 1.5kg up to 20kg.
HEAVY ITEMS Almost all our stock is under 20kg in weight, but our Cider and Fruit Presses are rather heavy. Postage for items over 20kg is as follows:
