Product Policy

We know that we could not succeed in our business if you do not succeed in your hobby.

Success can only be achieved by offering to you, the customer, the best choice of products. We are constantly assessing all the items we sell, looking at choice, suitability and price.

We take a cautious approach to stocking new items and we do not sell items which we do not have a complete knowledge of.

Our uncompromising approach in refusing to sell inferior products is well known within the trade.

Pricing Policy

We are never undersold on price or service. We match all local retail offers (within 10 miles), be it two for three's, collection discounts, or loyalty schemes.

Nobody likes to think they have been overcharged, on the other hand we all like a bargain!

Incentive Scheme

We have had our very own reward incentive scheme in operation since 1987 it's our way of saying a big thank you to all our regular customers.

For every five pounds you spend in our Bedford shop, you get a stamp. Collect twenty stamps and you get a reduction in your next bill.
