N2O Bulbs:
A quick and easy way for pressurising beer barrels, fitted with a suitable pin-style valve. As Nitrogen forms much smaller bubbles than Carbon Dioxide, it's great for giving your beer a thick creamy head (similar to well known stouts and smooth/ cream-flow beers).
Also handy for whipping cream, dessert, mousses, sauces etc!
